DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

We respect the rights of intellectual property owners and we do our best to protect copyrights. If you believe that any content on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

A. Notice of infringement. To give notice under the DMCA, please provide us with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you think has been infringed.
  2. A description of where on our Website the infringing material can be found.
  3. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Your statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  5. Your statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right.

B. Counter-Notice. If you believe your content removed per a DMCA notice is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to us:

  1. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  4. Your statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  5. Your statement that you agree on jurisdiction of US courts on the dispute between you and the person served notice of infringement.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If a counter-notice is received by us, We may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

C. Repeat offenders. It is our policy to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers. To that end, anytime a User is found to have multiple notifications of claimed infringements, their Account will be terminated.
